Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging, curriculum‑aligned lessons for learners at various proficiency levels, covering speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
- Prepare personalized lesson plans, worksheets, and multimedia resources that cater to individual learning styles and goals.
- Conduct live tutoring sessions via Zoom, Google Meet, or other video‑conferencing platforms, ensuring clear audio‑visual quality and interactive participation.
- Assess student progress through quizzes, assignments, and informal feedback, adjusting instructional strategies as needed.
- Provide constructive feedback, corrective pronunciation guidance, and cultural insights to enrich the learning experience.

Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Turkish Language, Linguistics, Education, or a related field.
- Fluency in Turkish (both oral and written) with a solid grasp of grammar, vocabulary, and idiomatic expressions.
- Prior teaching experience—formal classroom or informal tutoring—considered a strong advantage.
- Proficiency with online teaching tools such as Zoom, Google Meet, digital whiteboards, and file‑sharing platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, patience, and a responsible attitude toward student outcomes.
- Own reliable computer, high‑speed internet connection, webcam, and headset suitable for virtual instruction.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, with typical hours between 08:00 and 17:00, while accommodating occasional evening sessions for students in different time zones.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with learners of diverse ages and backgrounds.
