Introduction
We are seeking a proactive and reliable Maintenance General – Facility Management professional to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety equipment, identifying and reporting any irregularities.
- Execute preventive maintenance tasks such as lubricating machinery, replacing filters, and testing alarm systems to minimize downtime.
- Respond promptly to work orders and emergency service requests, troubleshooting issues and coordinating repairs with external vendors when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inventory of spare parts, and equipment service logs using the company’s facility management software.
- Ensure compliance with local health, safety, and environmental regulations, conducting regular safety drills and updating signage as required.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including security, housekeeping, and administrative staff, to support overall facility operations.
- Assist in the planning and execution of small renovation projects, such as office relocations, furniture assembly, and minor construction work.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with employees and visitors, addressing their concerns, and following up to confirm satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA) or Vocational School (SMK) equivalent.

- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, with standard hours from 08:00 to 17:00; occasional overtime or on‑call duties may be required.
