Responsibilities
- Collect, verify, and archive all sales‑related documents, contracts, and customer files in both physical and digital repositories.
- Maintain and continuously improve the sales database, ensuring data integrity and easy retrieval for the sales team.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports, transforming raw figures into clear, visual dashboards that highlight trends and opportunities.
- Assist in planning and executing sales events, promotional campaigns, and customer roadshows, providing logistical support and post‑event analysis.
- Develop and implement efficient data‑gathering procedures, leveraging Excel macros, pivot tables, and basic VBA scripts to streamline analysis.
- Collaborate with the finance and logistics departments to reconcile order statuses, delivery schedules, and invoicing details.
- Provide ad‑hoc analytical support, such as forecasting sales volume, evaluating market segmentation, and identifying high‑value customer segments.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal queries related to sales documentation and reporting.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field; Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering is a plus.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in sales administration, preferably within the automotive or heavy‑equipment sector.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to transform raw data into insightful, decision‑ready reports.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; gender is not a limiting factor.
- Demonstrated initiative, creativity, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
- Familiarity with sales event coordination and basic project management concepts.
- Ability to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional flexibility for special events or end‑of‑month reporting cycles.
