To keep up with increasing demand and to maintain our high standards of service, we are seeking enthusiastic Tim Waiters Profesional untuk Layanan Pelanggan (Professional Waitstaff Team) to join our front‑of‑house crew. Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide detailed descriptions of dishes, ensuring a welcoming first impression.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders, communicate special requests to the kitchen, and confirm order details with guests.
  • Prepare and serve meals and drinks according to the warung’s standards, including the traditional warindo menu items.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including table setting, clearing, and resetting tables promptly after each service.
  • Monitor inventory of tableware, napkins, condiments, and ensure timely replenishment in collaboration with the kitchen staff.
  • Handle cash transactions, process electronic payments, and issue receipts while adhering to company cash‑handling policies.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties, such as setting up dining stations, sanitizing surfaces, and completing end‑of‑day reports.
  • Respond swiftly to customer inquiries or complaints, escalating issues to the manager when necessary to preserve guest satisfaction.
  • Participate in regular training sessions on food safety, hygiene protocols, and customer service best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with teammates, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth workflow during both peak and off‑peak hours.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age range: 22‑30 years old.
  • Open to all genders; both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Prior experience (minimum 0 years) in food preparation and serving, particularly with traditional Indonesian warung menus, is highly desirable.
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license and personal transportation for reliable commuting.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills: honesty, clear communication, and the ability to work cohesively within a team.
  • Strong work ethic: punctuality, discipline, and a commitment to maintaining a clean, safe working environment.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads during full‑shift duties (08:00‑17:00, Monday‑Saturday).
  • Proficiency in basic food and beverage service techniques, including proper handling of utensils, plates, and glassware.
  • Willingness to adapt to a fast‑moving service pace and handle multiple tables simultaneously.
