To support our expanding network of outpatient services, we are seeking a detail‑oriented Pengelola Inventaris Klinik who will manage the flow of medical supplies, pharmaceuticals, and general stock across all clinic locations. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical abilities with hands‑on warehouse experience, ensuring that every product is available, correctly stored, and compliant with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Receive, verify, and record all incoming medical and non‑medical items, ensuring accuracy against purchase orders.
- Conduct regular stock opname (physical inventory counts) at the central warehouse and satellite clinics.
- Analyze inventory movement data from each branch, identifying trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for optimization.
- Provide actionable suggestions and advice to procurement and clinic managers to resolve inventory‑related issues promptly.
- Act as the primary Quality Control point for all products, confirming that items meet safety and quality specifications before distribution.
- Monitor expiration dates of pharmaceuticals and consumables, initiating timely redistribution or disposal to prevent waste.
- Maintain up‑to‑date inventory records using Microsoft Office tools, Excel dashboards, and any integrated ERP systems.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to schedule deliveries, returns, and emergency restocks while minimizing downtime.
- Prepare regular inventory reports for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators such as turnover rates and stock‑out incidents.
- Support audit activities by providing documentation and evidence of compliance with health‑sector regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Management, Pharmacy, Health Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in warehouse or inventory management, preferably within a clinical or pharmaceutical environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make evidence‑based recommendations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and comfortable navigating internet‑based inventory platforms.
- Demonstrated experience conducting stock opname and managing expiration tracking.
- Professional appearance and strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
