Introduction

The Sales & Marketing Manager position is a pivotal role within our dynamic organization, designed for energetic individuals who are eager to drive growth and brand awareness in a competitive market. The successful applicant will work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, and will be part of a collaborative team that values creativity, innovation, and results‑driven performance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies that align with overall company objectives and market trends.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities and emerging customer needs.
  • Lead the creation of compelling marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
  • Collaborate with product development, finance, and operations teams to ensure seamless product launches and promotions.
  • Manage a pipeline of prospects, nurture relationships with key accounts, and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly targets.
  • Prepare regular performance reports, sales forecasts, and ROI analyses for senior leadership.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate junior sales staff or interns, fostering a culture of continuous learning and achievement.
  • Organize and represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand brand visibility.
  • Utilize CRM tools and analytics platforms to track customer interactions, sales metrics, and marketing effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies, ethical standards, and legal regulations in all sales and marketing activities.

Requirements

  • Active enrollment in a college or university program relevant to sales, marketing, business administration, or a related discipline.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal abilities, with a talent for building and maintaining professional relationships.
  • Strong analytical mindset, capable of interpreting market data and translating insights into actionable plans.
  • High level of motivation, energy, and attention to detail, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Flexibility to work six days a week, adhering to the specified schedule of 08:00‑17:00.
