Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Restaurant Server (Pelayan Restoran Senior) to join our dynamic hospitality team. Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly, present menus, and provide knowledgeable recommendations on food and beverage selections.
- Take accurate orders, communicate special requests to the kitchen, and ensure timely delivery of dishes.
- Maintain a spotless dining area, including table setting, clearing, and resetting for the next guests.
- Perform routine cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing high‑touch surfaces to uphold health‑safety standards.
- Handle cash, credit‑card transactions, and POS system entries with precision.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism, turning potential issues into positive experiences.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and fellow servers to coordinate service flow during peak hours.
- Assist in training junior staff on service protocols, table etiquette, and sanitation practices.
- Utilize basic 3D Max skills to assist the interior design team in visualizing layout changes or promotional displays when needed.
- Participate in regular briefings, inventory checks, and performance evaluations to continuously improve service quality.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year proven experience in a restaurant or similar customer‑service environment.
- Education: Open to all levels; a high school diploma or equivalent is acceptable.

- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia (and English is a plus).
