Responsibilities
- Operate a variety of company vehicles—including box trucks, Grand Max vans, and Nissan Elf—safely and in compliance with all traffic regulations.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections, conduct routine maintenance checks, and report any mechanical issues promptly to the fleet manager.
- Load and unload goods, verify shipment contents against delivery orders, and ensure proper securing of cargo to prevent damage during transit.
- Plan efficient routes using GPS and company routing software, taking into account traffic conditions, delivery windows, and fuel optimization.
- Maintain accurate logs of mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery confirmations in the company’s electronic tracking system.
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, handling client inquiries courteously and professionally.
- Assist the warehouse team with inventory checks, especially for motorcycle spare parts, and help locate items quickly when required.
- Adhere to safety protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and participation in regular safety briefings.
- Collaborate with dispatchers and logistics coordinators to resolve any scheduling conflicts or unexpected delivery challenges.
- Support occasional overtime or weekend shifts during peak seasons to meet heightened demand.
Requirements
- Male candidates aged 40 years or younger (the position is open to all genders, but the primary requirement is a maximum age of 40 for this posting).
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA) or Vocational High School (SMK) or equivalent.
- Valid Indonesian driving licenses: SIM A and SIM B1.
- Proven ability to operate box trucks, Grand Max vans, and Nissan Elf models safely.
- Prior experience or strong familiarity with motorcycle spare parts is highly preferred.
- Good physical stamina to handle loading/unloading tasks and to work extended periods on the road.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal teams.
- Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a clean driving record.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and the ability to perform minor repairs or report issues promptly.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, with occasional overtime as needed.
