Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Koordinator Tim Kitchen dan Kebersihan to join our hospitality operations. This pivotal role will oversee both kitchen workflow and sanitation standards, ensuring that our culinary environment runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently. The position is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals with a basic educational background who demonstrate strong leadership potential, a keen eye for detail, and a willingness to work flexible shift schedules.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily kitchen activities, including food preparation, cooking, plating, and inventory control.
- Coordinate cleaning schedules, monitor sanitation procedures, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Lead a team of kitchen assistants and cleaning staff, providing clear instructions, performance feedback, and on‑the‑job training.
- Maintain equipment logs, schedule preventive maintenance for kitchen appliances, and troubleshoot minor technical issues.
- Prepare daily work rosters, manage shift swaps, and ensure adequate staffing levels for both kitchen and cleaning operations.
- Conduct regular audits of food storage areas, verify proper labeling, temperature control, and FIFO (first‑in‑first‑out) practices.
- Collaborate with chefs, menu planners, and procurement officers to align kitchen output with guest expectations and cost targets.
- Document incidents, track waste, and propose process improvements to reduce spoilage and enhance operational efficiency.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external health inspectors and ensure timely resolution of any citations.
- Promote a culture of teamwork, cleanliness, and continuous learning among all staff members.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 or SMA equivalent; fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.

- Demonstrated leadership qualities or supervisory (SPV) experience, even in informal settings.
- Ability to operate basic kitchen equipment and understand sanitation tools.
- Willingness to work on a shift basis, Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
- Must not be currently enrolled in any academic program.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English.
- Excellent organizational skills, problem‑solving ability, and a proactive attitude.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and handle moderate lifting (up to 25 kg).
