Introduction
PT. Sehat Farma Indonesia is seeking a dedicated Tenaga Teknik Farmasi Berpengalaman to join our pharmaceutical team in Depok. This full‑time position offers a dynamic work environment where precision, compliance, and teamwork are essential. The ideal candidate will possess a solid educational background in pharmacy, hold a valid STRTTK, and be ready to contribute to both routine operations and continuous improvement initiatives within our hospital pharmacy setting.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, dispense, and label medications according to physician orders while adhering to strict aseptic techniques.
- Conduct quality control checks on incoming drug shipments, ensuring proper storage conditions and documentation.
- Maintain accurate patient medication records in the hospital information system, supporting safe and effective therapy.
- Participate in medication reconciliation during patient admission, transfer, and discharge to prevent drug‑related problems.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to resolve therapeutic queries and optimize drug regimens.
- Monitor inventory levels, perform regular stock counts, and coordinate with suppliers to prevent stock‑outs.
- Ensure compliance with national regulations, hospital policies, and Good Pharmacy Practice (GPP) standards.
- Provide counseling and education to patients and caregivers on proper medication use, potential side effects, and storage.
- Assist in the preparation of intravenous admixtures and sterile compounding under supervision.
- Participate in shift handover meetings, documenting critical information and any incidents that occurred during the previous shift.
- Support continuous improvement projects, such as workflow optimization, error reduction strategies, and staff training programs.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3 Farmasi (S1 preferred) with a valid STRTTK license.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in a hospital or clinical pharmacy setting; fresh graduates with strong internships are also considered.
- Reside in or be willing to relocate to Kota Depok.
- Demonstrated honesty, responsibility, and the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends (Monday–Saturday schedule, 08:00‑17:00).
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Proficiency with pharmacy information systems and basic computer applications.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and a commitment to patient safety.
