Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Petugas Penjagaan dan Kasir Toko Ritel to join our growing retail team in the Paberasan area. This dual‑role position combines frontline customer service with essential store security responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be trustworthy, courteous, and comfortable operating modern point‑of‑sale (POS) systems while maintaining a safe shopping environment for both customers and staff.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, answer inquiries, and provide product information to enhance the shopping experience.
- Operate the cash register efficiently, process sales transactions, handle cash, credit, and digital payments, and ensure accurate end‑of‑day balancing.
- Monitor store premises for suspicious activity, enforce store policies, and respond promptly to any security incidents.
- Conduct routine inspections of aisles, entrances, and exits to keep the store clean, organized, and hazard‑free.
- Assist with inventory control by receiving shipments, restocking shelves, and performing periodic stock counts.
- Maintain accurate records of daily sales, returns, and refunds using the store’s computer system.
- Collaborate with management to implement promotional displays and ensure pricing accuracy.
- Provide support during opening and closing procedures, including securing cash drawers and setting alarm systems.
- Participate in regular training sessions on customer service excellence, loss prevention techniques, and POS software updates.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 30 years old (flexible based on experience).
- Gender: Open to all genders; preference given to candidates residing near Paberasan.
- Prior experience: No minimum required; fresh graduates with the right attitude are encouraged to apply.
- Essential skills:
- Honesty and strong personal integrity.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Basic computer literacy, especially familiarity with POS and inventory software.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight (up to 15 kg).
- Preferred qualities:

- Residency within or near the Paberasan district for reliable commute.
