Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, understand their needs, and recommend suitable electronic products such as smartphones, laptops, home appliances, and accessories.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through effective upselling, cross‑selling, and promotional activities.
- Maintain accurate product knowledge, staying up‑to‑date with the latest technology trends, specifications, and warranty policies.
- Handle point‑of‑sale transactions, process payments, issue receipts, and ensure cash handling procedures are followed.
- Assist in inventory management: receive shipments, conduct stock counts, organize shelves, and flag low‑stock items for re‑ordering.
- Ensure the store’s visual presentation meets brand standards, including arranging product displays, signage, and promotional materials.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly, escalating complex issues to the store manager when necessary.
- Participate in regular team meetings and sales training sessions to continuously improve selling techniques and product expertise.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized sales floor, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
- Support after‑sales services such as warranty registrations, product setup assistance, and follow‑up calls to gauge customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Male candidates, maximum age 35 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Strong verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to explain technical features in simple terms.
- Goal‑oriented mindset with a willingness to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Physically fit and mentally resilient, capable of standing for extended periods and handling a fast‑paced retail environment.
