Introduction

We are seeking an energetic and results‑driven Sales XLSmart professional to join our team in the Kabupaten Tulang Bawang area. This field‑sales position focuses on expanding market presence, driving revenue growth, and fostering strong relationships with retailers and end‑customers. The successful candidate will operate in a dynamic, fast‑moving environment, leveraging product knowledge and a disciplined visit schedule (RMP) to meet and exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a territory sales plan that aligns with company revenue goals and covers the designated cluster of outlets.
  • Conduct daily field visits following the Route Management Plan (RMP), ensuring timely coverage of all assigned retailers.
  • Identify new business opportunities, negotiate terms, and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and market intelligence using a mobile Android device.
  • Provide product demonstrations, training, and after‑sales support to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional activities and gather feedback on product performance.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecast demand, and communicate insights to regional managers.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, including the use of a valid motorcycle license (SIM C) and an active SKCK.
  • Continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques through the “Cluster Pintar” program.
  • Represent the company professionally, building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, shop owners, and end‑consumers.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Male candidates only; age not to exceed 30 years.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in FMCG or consumer‑electronics.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Understanding of RMP (field visit scheduling) and ability to follow it meticulously.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills; ability to adapt quickly to market changes.
  • Own a reliable motorcycle, possess a valid SIM C, and have an active SKCK.
  • Own an Android smartphone with a minimum of 4 GB RAM for reporting and CRM use.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to maintain positive relationships with customers.
  • Willingness to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
