Introduction

We are seeking a motivated Sales Motoris – Penanggung Jawab Area Depok to join our fast‑growing distribution team. This position is responsible for driving product penetration across the Depok market, building strong relationships with outlet owners, and ensuring that our brands are always available on the shelves. The ideal candidate is energetic, has a solid foundation in direct sales, and can navigate the dynamic retail environment of Jakarta’s suburbs with professionalism and a customer‑first mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Penjualan dan Distribusi: Deliver products directly to customers (outlet/warung), negotiate sales, and achieve daily/weekly volume targets.
  • Kanvas (Canvassing): Visit a diverse range of small retailers and kiosks to introduce new product lines, conduct product demonstrations, and gather market intelligence.
  • Pengisian Stok (Stocking): Monitor shelf levels, perform timely refills, and coordinate with the logistics team to prevent stock‑outs.
  • Pencatatan Pesanan: Accurately record customer orders using handheld devices or paper forms, ensuring data integrity for invoicing and inventory planning.
  • Relationship Management: Build trust with shop owners, address concerns promptly, and act as the brand’s local ambassador.
  • Reporting: Submit daily activity reports, sales performance metrics, and market feedback to the regional supervisor.
  • Compliance & Safety: Follow company policies regarding vehicle use, fuel consumption, and health & safety regulations while on the road.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in field sales, distribution, or a related role.
  • All genders are welcome; the position values diversity and inclusion.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
  • Good organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail when recording orders.
  • Basic proficiency with mobile applications for order entry and GPS navigation.
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
  • Self‑motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently under minimal supervision.
