Responsibilities
- Engage with potential users in retail environments, explain the benefits of Kredivo’s “Buy Now, Pay Later” model, and guide them through the sign‑up process.
- Continuously improve product knowledge by staying up‑to‑date with new features, promotional offers, and regulatory changes, then share this information in an engaging, easy‑to‑understand manner.
- Conduct live demonstrations of the Kredivo mobile app, highlighting key functionalities such as instant credit approval, payment scheduling, and secure transactions.
- Address user inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide step‑by‑step assistance to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Achieve and surpass daily sales and activation targets, documenting results accurately and submitting detailed reports to the management team.
- Maintain strong, professional relationships with merchants, store managers, and other stakeholders to foster a supportive ecosystem for Kredivo’s services.
- Identify market trends and feedback, reporting insights that can help refine product offerings and marketing strategies.
- Participate in regular training sessions, team meetings, and promotional events to continuously sharpen sales techniques.
Requirements
- Residence in Padang Sidempuan or surrounding areas.
- Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills and a customer‑centric attitude.
- Prior experience in sales, retail, or direct customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency with Android smartphones and basic app navigation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, specifically Tuesday through Sunday, 11:00 am – 8:00 pm.
- First‑dose COVID‑19 vaccination completed.
