Responsibilities
- Greet and check‑in guests with warmth, professionalism, and a thorough knowledge of Swissôtel’s service protocols.
- Manage reservation systems, schedule spa appointments, and coordinate with therapists to optimize booking flow.
- Provide detailed information about spa treatments, packages, and facility amenities, upselling services where appropriate.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly, ensuring resolutions meet Swissôtel’s quality standards.
- Maintain a tidy, organized reception area, including daily log books, cash handling, and preparation of welcome materials.
- Collaborate closely with housekeeping, front office, and food & beverage teams to guarantee smooth transitions between services.
- Monitor inventory of retail products and promotional literature, placing orders as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, especially during high‑traffic periods.
- Support shift handovers by documenting key events, guest preferences, and any operational issues.
- Participate in regular training sessions and team briefings to stay current with brand standards and industry trends.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Diploma) in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in a front‑desk, reception, or guest‑service role within a hotel, resort, or spa environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a distinct advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal abilities, including active listening, empathy, and conflict resolution.
- Professional appearance, well‑groomed, and a service‑oriented mindset.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and occasional overtime.
- Proficiency with property management systems (PMS) and basic computer applications (MS Office, email).
- Team player who can thrive under pressure while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
