We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our retail team as Store Crew Members – Customer Service & Operations. This role is the frontline of our store, where every interaction shapes the customer’s perception of our brand. The position is based in a high‑traffic retail location, operating Monday through Saturday from 08:00 to 17:00. Candidates must be able to meet the physical demands of the job while maintaining a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly, assess their needs, and provide knowledgeable assistance throughout the shopping experience.
  • Operate the store’s point‑of‑sale (POS) and inventory management systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards, including shelf stocking, product rotation, and promotional displays.
  • Monitor inventory levels, perform regular stock counts, and report discrepancies to the shift supervisor.
  • Ensure the store environment is clean, organized, and safe for both customers and staff.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly, escalating complex issues when necessary.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay up‑to‑date with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends.
  • Assist in opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation and securing the premises.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Maximum age: 40 years.

  • Prior experience in retail, customer service, or related fields is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
  • Good physical health; ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 20 kg, and perform light manual tasks.
  • Proficiency in using a Store Management System (inventory, POS, reporting).
  • Excellent verbal communication in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
