We are seeking a dynamic and customer‑focused Waiter to join our vibrant hospitality team. Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly, escort them to their tables, and present menus with a friendly, knowledgeable demeanor.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, communicate special requests to kitchen staff, and ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare and serve coffee, specialty drinks, and other beverages in accordance with brand standards, drawing on barista expertise.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, and beverage equipment throughout the shift.
- Monitor table turnover, anticipate guest needs, and respond quickly to any service issues, always aiming to exceed expectations.
- Collaborate with kitchen and management teams to coordinate large parties, special events, and promotional menus.
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and POS system entries with precision and honesty.
- Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation regulations, performing routine checks on food handling and equipment.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on menu changes, new beverage recipes, and service protocols.
- Provide feedback to management on guest preferences, operational bottlenecks, and opportunities for service improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Gender: Female (per company policy for this position).
- Age: 30 years or younger.
- At least 1 year of proven experience as a barista or in a similar wait‑staff role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure, multitask, and remain organized during peak service periods.
- Demonstrated honesty, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Flexibility to work a full schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
- Proficiency in basic computer and POS systems; familiarity with food safety standards is a plus.
