Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and customer‑focused Waiter to join our vibrant hospitality team. This role combines front‑of‑house service excellence with the art of food and beverage presentation, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience. The ideal candidate is a detail‑oriented professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, demonstrates genuine hospitality, and possesses at least one year of hands‑on experience as a barista or food service associate.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests promptly, escort them to their tables, and present menus with a friendly, knowledgeable demeanor.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders, communicate special requests to kitchen staff, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Prepare and serve coffee, specialty drinks, and other beverages in accordance with brand standards, drawing on barista expertise.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, and beverage equipment throughout the shift.
  • Monitor table turnover, anticipate guest needs, and respond quickly to any service issues, always aiming to exceed expectations.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and management teams to coordinate large parties, special events, and promotional menus.
  • Handle cash, credit card transactions, and POS system entries with precision and honesty.
  • Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation regulations, performing routine checks on food handling and equipment.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on menu changes, new beverage recipes, and service protocols.
  • Provide feedback to management on guest preferences, operational bottlenecks, and opportunities for service improvement.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Gender: Female (per company policy for this position).
  • Age: 30 years or younger.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience as a barista or in a similar wait‑staff role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure, multitask, and remain organized during peak service periods.
  • Demonstrated honesty, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Flexibility to work a full schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
  • Proficiency in basic computer and POS systems; familiarity with food safety standards is a plus.
