Responsibilities
- Pick up rental units from designated warehouses or customer locations and deliver them to the specified destination.
- Inspect the condition of each unit before and after transport, reporting any damage or discrepancies to the operations team.
- Maintain a clean and well‑serviced motorbike, performing routine checks on fuel, tires, brakes, and lights before each shift.
- Follow the established route plans while optimizing for traffic conditions and minimizing delivery times.
- Provide courteous and professional customer service, answering client inquiries and handling any on‑site issues promptly.
- Accurately complete delivery logs, GPS tracking, and hand‑over paperwork as required by the company.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations, ensuring the safety of yourself, the cargo, and the public.
- Collaborate with the dispatch team to adjust schedules and address urgent delivery requests.
- Assist in occasional promotional events or special campaigns that require on‑site presence.
- Continuously seek ways to improve efficiency and suggest operational enhancements.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Gender: Open to all genders; however, the posting emphasizes male candidates due to specific client preferences.
- Residency: Must be a resident of Bekasi or surrounding areas.
- Valid driver’s license for motorbike operation.
- Own a reliable motorbike that meets company safety standards.
- Honest, trustworthy, and able to handle cash or valuable items responsibly.
- Strong communication skills and a customer‑centric attitude.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
- Previous experience as an “ojol” (online motorcycle taxi) or similar gig‑economy role is a plus.
- Physical stamina to load and unload rental units safely.
