Introduction
We are seeking a talented Senior Graphic Designer – Creative Visual Solutions to join our fast‑growing design studio. Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, design, and deliver high‑impact graphics for advertising campaigns, social media, websites, and printed collateral.
- Develop brand guidelines, visual identity systems, and style guides to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and product managers to translate strategic objectives into visual solutions.
- Produce mock‑ups, prototypes, and presentations for internal reviews and client approvals.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines and quality standards.
- Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, emerging design tools, and best practices to continuously improve workflow efficiency.
- Mentor junior designers, provide constructive feedback, and foster a culture of creativity and innovation within the team.
- Prepare final files for production, liaise with printers and vendors, and oversee the quality control process.
- Maintain organized asset libraries and ensure proper version control for all design projects.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a degree in Multimedia, Visual Communication Design (DKV) or related field is highly preferred.
- Gender: Female candidates are encouraged to apply; the position is open to all qualified individuals.
- Age: Must be 25 years old or younger and not married.
- Experience: 0‑2 years of professional experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and technical skill.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, Canva, and DII (or equivalent design software). Basic knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Soft Skills: Creative mindset, innovative thinking, strong teamwork orientation, disciplined work ethic, honesty, and a high sense of responsibility.
- Availability: Ability to work the designated hours of 08:00‑17:00, Monday through Saturday.
