This role focuses on creating, managing, and optimizing high‑impact advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google platforms. As a senior advertiser, you will act as a strategic partner to our clients, translating business objectives into measurable digital outcomes while staying ahead of industry trends in programmatic advertising, data analytics, and performance marketing.
Responsibilities
- Design, launch, and manage end‑to‑end advertising campaigns on MetaAds and GoogleAds, ensuring alignment with client goals and budget constraints.
- Conduct thorough audience research and develop targeting strategies that maximize reach and conversion rates.
- Analyze dashboard data daily, generate performance reports, and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
- Perform A/B testing of creative assets, ad copy, and bidding strategies to continuously refine campaign effectiveness.
- Monitor campaign health in real time, troubleshoot issues, and implement optimizations under tight deadlines.
- Collaborate closely with copywriters, designers, and account managers to produce cohesive, brand‑consistent ad creatives.
- Stay current with platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging advertising tools, sharing knowledge with the wider team.
- Develop innovative advertising methods, propose new formats, and modify existing processes to keep the agency at the cutting edge.
- Mentor junior team members, providing guidance on best practices, data interpretation, and campaign strategy.
- Maintain accurate documentation of campaign setups, testing results, and optimization logs for future reference.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Gender: Female (per company policy).
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience managing MetaAds and/or GoogleAds campaigns.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting advertising dashboards, Google Analytics, and platform‑specific metrics.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills; able to work collaboratively in a team and independently when needed.
- Demonstrated ability to perform under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and handle occasional overtime.
- Creative thinking for concept development and a solid grasp of digital marketing strategies.
- Flexibility to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, with occasional weekend adjustments for campaign launches.
