Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and reconciliation of sales reports.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment.
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Create and edit short promotional videos using applications such as CapCut, VN, or similar tools to showcase new arrivals, special offers, and store events.
- Update the store’s social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) with engaging visual content on a weekly basis.
- Arrange product displays and ensure the store’s visual merchandising aligns with brand guidelines and seasonal themes.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align in‑store promotions with online campaigns.
- Monitor and enforce store cleanliness, safety standards, and compliance with health regulations.
- Assist in training new staff members, sharing best practices in customer interaction and store operations.
- Gather customer feedback and report market trends to help shape product selection and promotional strategies.
Requirements
- Female candidates (WANITA) are preferred; all genders are welcome to apply.
- Full‑time availability, Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
- Maximum age of 25 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Proficient in video‑editing software (e.g., CapCut, VN, or similar).
- Excellent communication skills and high self‑confidence; comfortable interacting with diverse customers.
- Strong teamwork orientation and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Attributes such as diligence, honesty, perseverance, and an extroverted personality.
- Basic knowledge of store management systems and point‑of‑sale (POS) software.
