Responsibilities
- Host live streaming sessions on TikTok, Shopee, Instagram, and other social commerce platforms, presenting product features with confidence and enthusiasm.
- Interact with viewers during the broadcast by answering questions, providing product recommendations, and encouraging audience participation to boost engagement metrics.
- Monitor and manage chat messages, order inquiries, and real‑time customer requests, ensuring prompt and courteous responses.
- Process orders directly from the live stream, coordinate with the fulfillment team, and follow up with customers to confirm delivery and satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized admin workflow, including updating inventory status, recording sales data, and preparing concise post‑live reports.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to plan promotional themes, schedule streaming calendars, and align content with upcoming campaigns.
- Continuously analyze live‑stream performance metrics (viewership, conversion rate, average order value) and suggest improvements for future sessions.
- Stay up‑to‑date with the latest social media trends, platform algorithms, and best practices for live commerce to keep the brand ahead of the competition.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience hosting live streams or managing online sales channels.
- Age: 30 years or younger (flexible for exceptional candidates).
- Open to all genders; confidence on camera is essential.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to think on your feet during live interactions.
- Strong selling ability with a proven track record of converting viewers into buyers.
- Proficient in using major social media platforms, live‑streaming tools, and e‑commerce marketplaces.
- Basic administrative competence: order processing, data entry, and simple reporting.
- Self‑motivated, energetic, and comfortable working a Monday‑Saturday schedule (08:00‑17:00).
- Prior experience as a live host or online admin is a significant advantage.
