Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content calendar that aligns with product launches, seasonal trends, and promotional campaigns.
- Conceptualize, design, and produce high‑quality graphics, illustrations, and short‑form videos using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, VN, and CapCut.
- Write compelling copy for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and emerging platforms, ensuring brand consistency and SEO best practices.
- Monitor social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversion) and adjust strategies to improve ROI.
- Collaborate with product development, sales, and customer service teams to translate product benefits into engaging storytelling.
- Manage community interactions, respond to comments and direct messages promptly, and foster authentic relationships with followers.
- Stay up‑to‑date with the latest beauty industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging digital tools, recommending innovative approaches to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
- Coordinate with influencers and micro‑influencers, overseeing content creation, briefings, and performance tracking.
- Ensure all content complies with regulatory guidelines for cosmetics advertising.
- Work under tight deadlines, often handling multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of quality.
Requirements
- Female candidates only; familiarity with the skincare and cosmetics market is essential.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Proficient in graphic design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) and basic video editing tools (VN, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro).
- Demonstrated ability to manage social media accounts, optimize content for each platform, and grow audience engagement.
- Strong creative instincts, high visual acuity, and a proactive mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian; English is a plus.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
