We are looking for enthusiastic, customer‑focused individuals to join us as Attendant Parking and Cashier Parking. Responsibilities
- Greet drivers and visitors with a friendly, professional attitude, ensuring a smooth entry and exit experience.
- Operate the cash register, collect parking fees, issue tickets, and process electronic payments accurately.
- Monitor parking lot occupancy, direct traffic flow, and enforce parking regulations to maintain safety and order.
- Conduct routine inspections of parking equipment (gates, barriers, ticket dispensers) and report any malfunctions to the supervisor.
- Assist customers with inquiries, provide information about rates and promotions, and resolve minor complaints on the spot.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the attendant booth and surrounding areas.
- Collaborate with team members to balance shift coverage, share best practices, and uphold the company’s service standards.
- Prepare end‑of‑shift cash reconciliations, submit reports, and ensure all financial records are accurate.
- Participate in regular training sessions on customer service, safety protocols, and new technology implementations.
Requirements
- Male candidate, maximum age of 28 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Vision: No glasses required (no myopia or astigmatism).
- Height: at least 165 cm with a proportional weight.
- No facial piercings or tattoos.
- Willingness to be assigned to any location within Batam City, Kepulauan Riau.
- Immediate availability to start work.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including effective communication, teamwork, and disciplined work habits.
- Basic math ability for cash handling and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, Monday through Sunday, from 08:00 to 17:30.
