We are seeking a dedicated and personable Waiter/Waitress to join our bustling restaurant team, delivering professional customer service in a fast‑paced dining environment. Responsibilities

  • Greet guests promptly with a friendly demeanor, escort them to their tables, and present menus.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately, answer menu‑related questions, and suggest daily specials.
  • Enter orders into the restaurant’s point‑of‑sale (POS) system, ensuring correct billing and timely transmission to the kitchen.
  • Serve dishes and drinks in accordance with established service standards, checking back frequently to confirm guest satisfaction.
  • Handle cash, credit card transactions, and process payments using the POS cash register application.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including resetting tables, polishing silverware, and restocking service stations.
  • Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and fellow servers to coordinate smooth service flow.
  • Address guest concerns or complaints professionally, escalating to management when necessary.
  • Observe health, safety, and hygiene regulations, ensuring all food handling practices meet industry standards.
  • Participate in pre‑shift briefings, post‑shift clean‑up, and occasional inventory checks.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (D4) in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field.
  • Gender: Female (per company policy) with a professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Age: Up to 30 years old.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in a restaurant or café setting, preferably handling both front‑of‑house service and POS operations.
  • Proficiency with restaurant cash‑register applications and basic computer literacy.
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language ability (e.g., English) is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to work under pressure, multitask, and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry trays of food and beverages safely.
  • Commitment to a full‑time schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
