Introduction

We are seeking a motivated Administrator Pengendali Stok Gudang to join our fast‑growing retail organization. The role is based at our central warehouse and supports a network of more than 50 retail outlets across the region. As a key member of the supply‑chain team, you will ensure that inventory flows smoothly, that stock levels are accurate, and that each store receives the right products at the right time. This is a full‑time position working Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the TBAT (Transfer Between All Stores) process and generate comprehensive TBAT‑out reports for every outlet.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and Stock on Hand (SOH) reports to provide visibility to store managers and senior leadership.
  • Perform daily and monthly inventory adjustments, including cycle counts, to maintain data integrity in the inventory management system.
  • Monitor inbound and outbound goods through systems such as Inventory, Throw, and Daily Shopping, ensuring discrepancies are investigated and resolved promptly.
  • Collaborate with the logistics team to schedule shipments, track deliveries, and verify receipt of goods at each store.
  • Analyze sales trends and stock turnover rates to recommend optimal reorder points and reduce excess inventory.
  • Maintain accurate records in Microsoft Excel and Word, creating pivot tables, charts, and dashboards for senior management review.
  • Support audit activities by providing traceable documentation of inventory movements.
  • Train and mentor junior staff on proper inventory handling procedures and system usage.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Stock Controller or Inventory Administrator in a retail environment.
  • Strong understanding of supply‑chain fundamentals, including inventory replenishment, inter‑store transfers, and shipment coordination.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel (advanced formulas, VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and Word.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and forecast inventory needs.
  • Detail‑oriented mindset and strong organizational capabilities.
  • Effective communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team, managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
