Introduction

We are seeking a motivated Staf Administrasi Operasional dan Pelayanan Kantor to join our dynamic team. This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day operations of our office while supporting various business functions, especially in the fast‑growing marketplace sector. The ideal candidate will be detail‑oriented, tech‑savvy, and capable of balancing independent tasks with collaborative projects.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize both physical and digital documents, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and easy retrieval.
  • Prepare, edit, and distribute internal communications, meeting minutes, and official reports.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory, place orders, and coordinate with vendors to guarantee uninterrupted workflow.
  • Support the marketplace team by handling data entry, product listing updates, and performance tracking using Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools.
  • Coordinate scheduling of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff and senior management.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including preparation of workstations and orientation materials.
  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries or internal service requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Generate regular operational reports that provide insights into office efficiency, cost control, and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to streamline processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvement initiatives.
  • Uphold company policies, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and promote a culture of discipline and responsibility.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 or S1 in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Proficient in computer operations with strong command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data visualization).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to interact professionally with internal teams and external partners.
  • Strong organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail, ensuring documents are accurate and well‑structured.
  • Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative, team‑oriented environment.
  • Basic understanding of marketplace platforms (e.g., Tokopedia, Shopee, Bukalapak) and the ability to support related administrative tasks.
  • Highly disciplined, responsible, and punctual, with a commitment to meeting deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
