We are seeking a dynamic Supervisor Pemasaran with proven team‑management experience to lead our marketing initiatives in the residential development sector. The role is based in Indonesia and offers a full‑time schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00. Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor integrated marketing plans for multiple housing developments, aligning with corporate growth targets.
- Lead a team of marketing assistants, designers, and field promoters, providing coaching, performance feedback, and career development support.
- Coordinate with sales, product, and construction teams to ensure messaging reflects current project timelines, pricing, and amenities.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to refine positioning and promotional tactics.
- Manage the planning and execution of on‑site events, open houses, community outreach programs, and digital campaigns.
- Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, social media content, and video tours, ensuring brand consistency.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Control the marketing budget, negotiating with vendors and ensuring cost‑effective procurement of media and promotional services.
- Maintain strong relationships with local media, community leaders, and partner agencies to enhance brand visibility.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to advertising, data privacy, and consumer protection.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the housing or real‑estate marketing sector.
- Age 35 years or older, with a proven track record of leading successful marketing teams.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively and foster a collaborative team culture.
- Own reliable transportation for site visits and off‑site events.
- High level of honesty, accountability, and professional ethics.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and basic graphic design software.
