Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Executive – Business-to-Business Solutions to join our fast‑growing team. This role is based in a vibrant office environment with a Monday‑to‑Saturday work schedule (08:00 – 17:00). As a senior member of our sales force, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth by connecting enterprise customers with our cutting‑edge B2B solutions. The ideal candidate possesses a strong academic background (minimum D3/D4), at least one year of relevant sales experience, and a proven ability to build lasting relationships with corporate clients.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and engage potential B2B clients through cold‑calling, networking events, and inbound leads.
  • Conduct comprehensive needs analyses to match our product portfolio with client business objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations in both English and the local language.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service level agreements while ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools, updating opportunity stages, and forecasting monthly revenue.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Success teams to tailor solutions and address post‑sale support.
  • Produce regular reports on sales activities, market feedback, and competitive intelligence for senior management.
  • Travel to client sites as needed, leveraging a valid SIM A driving license to meet customers on‑site.
  • Mentor junior sales staff, sharing best practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (D4) in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in a similar B2B sales position.
  • Familiarity with VHP (Virtual Hosting Platform) or comparable enterprise technology solutions.
  • Fluent written and spoken English with strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Positive attitude, self‑motivation, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driving license (SIM A) for field visits and client meetings.
