Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Petugas Kebersihan Profesional to join our facilities team. This role is vital to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both employees and visitors across all indoor and outdoor areas of our premises. The ideal candidate will bring a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and at least one year of hands‑on cleaning experience.
Responsibilities
- Routine Cleaning (Dusting & Mopping): Sweep, mop, and dust floors, corridors, stairways, and workspaces daily to ensure a spotless appearance.
- Toilet & Pantry Sanitation: Scrub toilet floors, clean sinks, toilets, mirrors, and replenish supplies while keeping odors at bay.
- Waste Management: Empty trash bins, separate organic and non‑organic waste, and dispose of it according to company and local regulations.
- Glass & Surface Care: Clean windows, doors, desks, chairs, and other high‑touch surfaces to remove fingerprints and grime.
- Outdoor Area Maintenance: Sweep entryways, parking lots, and walkways; tend to landscaping or garden areas when needed.
- Equipment Upkeep: Maintain cleaning tools such as brooms, vacuums, polishers, and safely handle cleaning chemicals.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Follow established SOPs, wear appropriate protective gear, and report any hazards promptly.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with supervisors and other staff to coordinate cleaning schedules and special projects.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Male candidates only (as per current operational policy).
- At least 1 year of professional cleaning experience in a corporate, industrial, or hospitality setting.
- Proficiency in using cleaning equipment and safe handling of chemical agents.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact courteously with colleagues and visitors.
- Ability to work independently, follow detailed instructions, and manage time effectively.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, lift moderate loads, and work on foot for extended periods.
- Commitment to punctuality, with a work schedule of Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
