Introduction

We are seeking a dedicated Operator Layanan Pelanggan (Customer Care Representative) to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between our technical operations and our valued customers, ensuring smooth communication, rapid issue resolution, and reliable support for programmable logic controller (PLC) systems. The successful candidate will work in a fast‑paced environment, handling inquiries, troubleshooting hardware and software concerns, and maintaining strong relationships with clients while operating within a collaborative, safety‑first culture.

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound customer calls and respond to emails or chat messages promptly, maintaining a professional and courteous tone at all times.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot PLC‑related issues, guiding customers through step‑by‑step resolutions or escalating complex problems to senior engineers.
  • Perform basic installation, configuration, and testing of PLC hardware and networking components under the guidance of senior technical staff.
  • Document all customer interactions, technical findings, and solution steps in the company’s ticketing system to ensure traceability and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor system performance metrics and alert relevant teams of potential outages or anomalies that could affect client operations.
  • Collaborate with the production and maintenance departments to relay customer feedback and suggest product enhancements.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of PLC technologies, industry standards, and emerging automation trends through regular training and self‑study.
  • Adhere to company safety protocols, especially when handling electrical equipment or performing on‑site installations.
  • Participate in weekly team meetings, sharing insights, challenges, and best practices to foster a culture of continuous learning.
  • Assist in preparing simple technical manuals, FAQs, and instructional videos to empower customers with self‑service resources.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Gender: Female (as per specific operational requirements).
  • Basic understanding and hands‑on ability to operate PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) systems.
  • Familiarity with PLC installation, configuration, and networking concepts.
  • Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and, preferably, basic English proficiency.
  • Excellent problem‑solving attitude, with the capacity to remain calm under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills for accurate ticket documentation.
  • Willingness to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional overtime during critical incidents.
  • Zero to minimal prior work experience; fresh graduates or candidates with a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
