Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and production of company‑specific products, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Provide courteous and effective service to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Support warehouse operations, including inventory handling, order picking, and preparing shipments.
- Coordinate the timely delivery of materials from the warehouse to various sites using a personal motorbike.
- Maintain accurate records of product output, stock levels, and delivery logs.
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to identify process improvements and enhance operational efficiency.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies while handling equipment and navigating traffic.
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and service standards.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 30 years old.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: No prior experience required; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and a personal motorbike for local travel.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues.
- Basic literacy in Indonesian and a willingness to learn additional product knowledge.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00.
