To support our expanding network of warehouses, we are looking for a dedicated Staf Operasional Gudang & Logistik who can ensure smooth daily operations, maintain a safe working environment, and contribute to the overall efficiency of our distribution processes. This entry‑level position offers a solid foundation for a career in warehousing, inventory management, and logistics coordination.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the day‑to‑day operational activities of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
- Support loading and unloading processes, ensuring that pallets, cartons, and bulk items are handled safely and accurately.
- Prepare and organize inventory items or work equipment, labeling and positioning them for easy retrieval.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the work area, including aisles, dock zones, and packing stations, in compliance with safety standards.
- Conduct routine visual inspections of equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor belts, reporting any defects to the supervisor.
- Collaborate with team members to fulfill special projects, such as inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock reconciliation.
- Follow written and verbal instructions from supervisors, adapting quickly to changing priorities during peak seasons.
- Document daily activities in the warehouse management system, ensuring accurate data entry for inbound and outbound shipments.
- Assist in the implementation of lean‑warehouse practices, helping to identify waste and suggest process improvements.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Male candidates, maximum age of 28 years.
- No prior experience required; fresh graduates with a strong work ethic are welcome.
- Physical fitness: ability to lift up to 25 kg repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Core soft skills: reliability, discipline, responsibility, and a proactive attitude.
- Team player who can communicate effectively with supervisors and peers.
- Adaptability to work in a fast‑paced environment and willingness to learn warehouse technology.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry in the warehouse management system.
- Availability to work Monday through Sunday, 08:00 – 18:00, with flexibility for overtime during high‑volume periods.
