Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Staf Pendukung Kanvasing dan Gudang (male) to join our dynamic team in Palangka Raya. This role is essential for ensuring smooth operations between our field canvassing activities and the central warehouse, providing critical administrative and logistical support. The ideal candidate will be a reliable, creative, and team‑oriented individual with a solid foundation in basic computer applications and at least one year of relevant experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist the canvassing team by preparing daily route sheets, tracking material distribution, and ensuring all promotional items are accounted for.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using Microsoft Word and Excel, performing regular stock counts and reconciling discrepancies.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including scheduling deliveries, preparing packing lists, and verifying product quality upon receipt.
- Support warehouse operations by organizing storage locations, labeling goods, and ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
- Prepare routine administrative reports, such as daily activity logs, inventory turnover summaries, and performance dashboards for management review.
- Serve as a point of contact for field staff, addressing logistical queries, resolving issues quickly, and fostering clear communication across departments.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting process enhancements to reduce waste, improve accuracy, and accelerate turnaround times.
- Assist in the setup and dismantling of promotional displays during canvassing campaigns, ensuring all equipment is handled safely and efficiently.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with company policies, especially regarding document handling, data confidentiality, and workplace conduct.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: maximum 30 years.
- Gender: male (as specified by the client).
- At least 1 year of proven experience in a similar support or warehouse role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to generate and interpret basic reports.
- Residency in Palangka Raya or willing to relocate to the area.
- Strong personal integrity, honesty, and a responsible attitude.
- Creativity in problem‑solving and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Basic technical support skills and a willingness to learn new tools and processes.
