Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Social Media Administrator to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will be the primary steward of our brand’s online presence, crafting engaging content, monitoring audience interaction, and ensuring that all social channels reflect our company’s voice and objectives. This position is ideal for a creative, communicative individual who thrives in a fast‑paced digital environment and possesses a solid foundation in administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, schedule, and publish daily posts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Monitor comments, messages, and mentions, responding promptly and professionally to maintain high engagement levels.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to produce visual assets, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) like reach, impressions, click‑through rates, and follower growth, preparing weekly reports for management.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats within the industry.
  • Maintain a content calendar, coordinating with sales and product teams to align social campaigns with product launches and promotional events.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of paid social media campaigns, monitoring budgets and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with platform policies and internal guidelines, safeguarding the company’s reputation.
  • Provide administrative support such as organizing digital assets, archiving campaign materials, and updating internal documentation.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age: Open to all qualified candidates; no upper age limit.
  • Gender: All genders are welcome.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand or organization.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh content ideas and adapt tone to different audiences.
  • Basic graphic design knowledge (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark) and familiarity with photo/video editing tools.
  • Organizational skills to handle multiple platforms, deadlines, and administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and basic analytics platforms.
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
