Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and charismatic Live Broadcast Host to join our rapidly growing digital entertainment team. This role is centered on delivering engaging fashion‑focused live sessions that captivate audiences across our social media platforms. As the face of our brand during live streams, you will blend style expertise with polished presentation skills to create memorable viewer experiences. The position is based at our Caringin studio, offering a vibrant workplace where creativity, professionalism, and cultural inclusivity are celebrated.
Responsibilities
- Plan, script, and rehearse live fashion segments, ensuring content aligns with current trends and audience interests.
- Host three‑hour live streaming sessions from Monday to Saturday, maintaining high energy and audience interaction throughout.
- Engage viewers through real‑time Q&A, polls, and chat moderation, fostering a community feel and encouraging repeat viewership.
- Collaborate closely with production crew, stylists, and marketing teams to coordinate outfits, lighting, and promotional cues.
- Monitor social media platforms before, during, and after each broadcast to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain a professional on‑camera appearance, adhering to the brand’s aesthetic standards while respecting cultural dress codes (hijab).
- Assist in post‑production activities such as reviewing footage, suggesting edits, and contributing ideas for future episodes.
- Uphold punctuality and reliability, arriving on set ahead of schedule to complete technical checks and briefings.
Requirements
- Female, aged 30 years or younger, and comfortable wearing a hijab.
- Minimum height of 160 cm; taller stature is considered an advantage.
- High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; additional training in media or fashion is a plus.
- Prior experience as a fashion host or presenter, with a strong portfolio of live or recorded sessions.
- Exceptional public speaking abilities and an interactive, engaging on‑camera presence.
- Proficiency in major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and an understanding of their algorithms.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with a diverse audience.
- Strong time‑management, adaptability, and teamwork skills to thrive in a fast‑paced production environment.
- Willingness to work the designated schedule: Monday‑Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
