Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Pengambil Order to join our fast‑growing team in Denpasar. This role focuses on expanding the market presence of our Fast‑Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) and alcoholic beverage portfolio across traditional trade, modern supermarkets, and the hospitality sector (HORECA). The ideal candidate will combine strong field sales experience with excellent communication skills, a customer‑centric mindset, and the ability to work independently while coordinating closely with logistics and internal support teams.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular sales visits to a diversified range of outlets, including small‑scale grocery stores, large supermarkets, and independent restaurants.
  • Present and promote our FMCG and alcoholic product lines, tailoring the pitch to each customer’s specific needs and purchasing patterns.
  • Take accurate orders, process billing, and ensure timely order entry into the company’s ERP system.
  • Collaborate with the delivery team to schedule shipments, resolve any dispatch issues, and confirm receipt of goods at the point of sale.
  • Maintain an up‑to‑date knowledge of competitor activity, market trends, and consumer preferences in the Denpasar region.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with key decision‑makers, such as store managers and purchasing agents, to secure repeat business.
  • Prepare weekly sales reports, forecast future demand, and provide feedback to the marketing department for promotional planning.
  • Identify new sales opportunities, negotiate pricing, and execute promotional campaigns to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, health and safety standards, and local regulations related to the distribution of alcoholic beverages.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age: up to 35 years (maximum 40 years accepted for exceptional candidates).
  • At least 1 year of proven field sales experience, preferably in Modern Trade or HORECA channels.
  • Demonstrated ability to sell FMCG or alcoholic products is highly desirable.
  • Own reliable motor vehicle and a valid SIM C driver’s license.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent negotiation, problem‑solving, and time‑management abilities.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple customer accounts simultaneously.
