We are a rapidly growing digital printing studio that specializes in Direct‑to‑Film (DTF) technology for high‑quality apparel and promotional merchandise. To support our expanding client base, we are seeking a motivated Operator Mesin DTF (Printing) who can handle the full production cycle from file preparation to final output. This entry‑level position offers a comprehensive three‑month training program with a stipend, providing a solid foundation for a career in modern graphic printing.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor the DTF printing machine, ensuring proper setup, alignment, and color accuracy for each job.
- Prepare artwork files using CorelDRAW and Adobe Photoshop, adjusting resolution, color profiles, and layout to meet production specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance on the printer, including cleaning print heads, loading film and powder, and troubleshooting minor mechanical issues.
- Conduct quality checks on printed samples, verifying color fidelity, registration, and durability before bulk production.
- Manage inventory of consumables such as transfer film, adhesive powder, and inks, and report low stock levels to the supervisor.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and proper handling of chemicals.
- Collaborate with the design and sales teams to understand client requirements and suggest feasible printing solutions.
- Document production logs, machine settings, and any incidents that occur during the shift.
- Participate actively in the three‑month training program, absorbing best practices and company standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating timelines and addressing any client concerns promptly.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 28 years old.
