Introduction
Adira Finance is seeking a motivated Petugas Remedial to join our collections team in Ponorogo, Jawa Timur. This role is critical for ensuring timely recovery of overdue accounts (A/R Overdue) and supporting the overall health of our loan portfolio. The successful candidate will operate within a dynamic, target‑driven environment while upholding the highest standards of integrity and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle of overdue account collection, from initial contact to final resolution.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly A/R overdue reports to identify high‑risk accounts.
- Conduct outbound calls, send reminder letters, and negotiate repayment plans that align with company policies.
- Collaborate with the credit analysis team to verify customer information and assess repayment capacity.
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity for audit purposes.
- Escalate delinquent accounts to senior management or legal counsel when necessary, following established escalation protocols.
- Provide regular status updates to supervisors, highlighting trends, challenges, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and training sessions to stay current on regulatory changes and best‑practice collection techniques.
- Uphold Adira Finance’s brand reputation by treating each debtor with respect, empathy, and professionalism.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/S1 from any discipline; high school (SMA/SMK) graduates are also considered if they demonstrate strong aptitude.
- Age: maximum 30 years at the time of application.
- Gender: open to all genders.
- Experience: 0‑1 year in a similar collections or customer‑service role; prior experience in the multifinance sector is a plus.
- Solid understanding of multifinance business processes and a clear orientation toward achieving collection targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation abilities.
- Demonstrated integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty in handling confidential financial information.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM tools) and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Willingness to work on a full‑time schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00‑16:00, at the Adira Finance office corresponding to the candidate’s domicile.
