Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Dental Specialist – Oral Health to join our growing clinic team. This position is open to fresh graduates as well as experienced practitioners who hold a valid Surat Tanda Registrasi (STR) and are willing to obtain a Surat Izin Praktik (SIP). The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, a team‑oriented mindset, and a genuine passion for delivering patient care that exceeds expectations. Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive oral examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning for patients of all ages.
- Perform routine dental procedures such as scaling, polishing, fillings, extractions, and preventive care.
- Assist senior dentists and specialists with complex procedures, including prosthodontics, endodontics, and oral surgery.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive strategies, and post‑treatment care to improve long‑term health outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with local health regulations and clinic protocols.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure seamless workflow and optimal patient experiences.
- Participate in regular clinic meetings, case reviews, and continuing education sessions to stay current with emerging dental technologies and best practices.
- Uphold strict infection control standards, ensuring a safe and sterile environment for patients and staff.
- Demonstrate a “200% service mindset,” consistently going beyond patient expectations to foster trust and loyalty.
- Assist in community outreach programs and oral health awareness campaigns as part of the clinic’s social responsibility initiatives.
Requirements
- Active STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi) and willingness to obtain SIP (Surat Izin Praktik) before starting.
- Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a dental degree or relevant certification is highly preferred.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; however, candidates with up to 0 years of professional experience may also be considered.
