Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, prompt, and accurate service to all customers, handling inquiries and orders with a smile.
- Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system, manage cash transactions, and ensure accurate cash handling at the start and end of each shift.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe dining and work area, including regular sanitising of tables, equipment, and high‑touch surfaces.
- Assist with inventory control by receiving deliveries, checking stock quality, and restocking shelves according to the store’s merchandising plan.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order preparation and delivery, communicating any special requests or dietary restrictions.
- Monitor and uphold product quality standards, reporting any issues to the supervisor immediately.
- Participate in regular team briefings, training sessions, and performance reviews to continuously improve service standards.
- Adhere to all company policies, health‑and‑safety regulations, and local labor laws, including the possession of a valid, active SKCK (police clearance).
- Flexibly work full‑time schedules, including shift rotations and weekend shifts, to meet the outlet’s operational needs.
Requirements
- Gender: Female (though the position is open to both males and females, preference is given to female candidates as per the original posting).
- Age: Maximum 25 years old.
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Personal attributes: Honest, disciplined, quick‑thinking, responsible, and presents a professional appearance.
- Team orientation: Ability to work effectively within a team and support colleagues during busy periods.
- Availability: Willingness to work full‑time hours (08:00‑17:00, Monday‑Saturday) and weekend shifts as required.
- Experience: Prior experience in the F&B sector is highly preferred but not mandatory.
- Academic status: Must not be currently enrolled in a university program.
- Legal: Possession of an active SKCK (Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian).
- Additional skills: Familiarity with basic store management systems and a willingness to learn advanced POS functions.
