Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Pemimpin Tim Gudang Sentul Operasional to lead our warehouse operations in Sentul, Bogor. This role is critical for ensuring the smooth flow of goods from suppliers to customers, maintaining accurate inventory records, and upholding the highest standards of safety and efficiency. The successful candidate will supervise a team of inbound, outbound, and inventory staff, coordinating daily activities across multiple shifts.
Responsibilities
The Warehouse Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, including inbound processing, outbound fulfillment, and inventory management. Key duties include:
- Inbound Management
- Supervise admin staff to verify Purchase Orders (PO) received from suppliers.
- Ensure accurate receipt and inspection of goods entering the hub.
- Guide helpers in proper placement and organization of products, paying close attention to expiration dates.
- Outbound Coordination
- Lead pickers to retrieve items according to approved PO and Sales Order (SO) specifications.
- Oversee packers to pack and label shipments, confirming that each package matches the SO and is aligned with the correct delivery route.
- Monitor outbound schedules to meet delivery deadlines while minimizing errors.
- Inventory Control
- Validate that all items are stored in their designated locations.
- Conduct regular stock reconciliations between the warehouse management system and physical counts.
- Plan and execute periodic cycle counts, ensuring discrepancies are investigated and resolved promptly.
- Team Leadership & Development
- Schedule and manage shift rotations, including weekend and national holiday coverage.
- Provide coaching, performance feedback, and training to improve productivity and safety awareness.
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages continuous improvement and problem‑solving.
- Compliance & Safety
- Enforce company policies, health and safety regulations, and standard operating procedures.
- Maintain accurate documentation for audits and regulatory inspections.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 35 years.
- Gender: Male.
- At least 1 year of relevant warehouse experience, preferably in a supervisory or lead capacity.
- Proficiency in inventory management software, Microsoft Excel, and basic data analysis.
- Strong knowledge of beverage inventory management, retail stock control, and expiration‑date handling.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
- Willingness to be based at the Sentul warehouse in Kabupaten Bogor.
