Introduction

Responsibilities
- Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system accurately, processing cash, credit, and mobile transactions.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve minor complaints, and ensure a friendly checkout experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, including regular stocking of bags, receipts, and promotional materials.
- Balance cash drawers at the beginning and end of each shift, reporting any discrepancies promptly.
- Assist with inventory counts, price checks, and shelf replenishment during slower periods.
- Collaborate with floor staff to ensure smooth traffic flow and reduce wait times.
- Adhere to company policies on loss prevention, data security, and health & safety standards.
- Participate in shift hand‑over meetings, communicating key updates and any outstanding tasks.
- Support promotional events, loyalty program enrollment, and upselling initiatives.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing changes, and seasonal offers to assist customers effectively.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Gender: Female candidates are preferred; however, male applicants may also be considered for certain shifts.
- Age: Open to applicants of any age, with no upper limit.
- Experience: No prior retail experience required; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
- Personal Attributes: Friendly, polite, honest, and responsible.
- Availability: Willingness to work rotating shifts, including:
- Day shift: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Night shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM
- Standard schedule: Monday‑Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Physical Stamina: Comfortable staying alert during late‑night hours and handling occasional prolonged standing.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with cashier systems (training will be provided).
