Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Officer Penjualan to join our growing sales team in Payakumbuh. This role is pivotal in driving revenue through effective sales processes, building strong relationships with partners, and ensuring seamless credit application handling. The successful candidate will work closely with the Sales Head Channeling, contributing to the achievement of ambitious sales targets while upholding the high standards of service expected by our customers and partners.
Responsibilities
- Execute the sales process according to the directives of the Sales Head Channeling, consistently aiming to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- Identify, attract, and nurture new order sources from AXI agents, retail outlets, durable‑goods merchants, and other Adira Finance channels.
- Maintain and strengthen existing relationships with partners and agents, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified leads.
- Process consumer credit applications by collecting, verifying, and validating all required documentation, and accurately entering initial data into the system.
- Conduct vehicle or equipment appraisals (taksasi) for financing requests, securing approval from the Sales Head Channeling before proceeding.
- Perform on‑site surveys of potential customers, documenting findings in the application system while adhering to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams—including underwriting, risk management, and finance—to resolve issues promptly and keep the sales cycle moving efficiently.
- Prepare regular sales reports, track key performance indicators, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Participate in training sessions, product knowledge workshops, and market updates to stay ahead of industry trends.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Gender: Male (as per current company policy).
- Age: Up to 30 years old.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in sales, preferably within automotive, durable goods, or financial services.
- Strong sales orientation with a track record of meeting or surpassing targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building rapport with agents, merchants, and customers.
- Detail‑oriented mindset for accurate document verification and data entry.
- Ability to conduct professional assessments (taksasi) of assets to be financed.
- Proficiency in using CRM and sales management software; comfortable with digital reporting tools.
- Self‑motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Understanding of relevant regulatory and compliance standards governing consumer credit.
