We are seeking a motivated Account Officer – SME to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive relationship builder who can drive revenue growth by delivering tailored financing products to local businesses. Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales volume targets and account booking goals as defined by the company.
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new SME clients through cold calling, networking events, and referrals.
- Build and nurture long‑term relationships with existing customers, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Present and explain Moladin Finance’s SME loan products, customizing solutions to meet each client’s cash‑flow and growth needs.
- Prepare and submit accurate loan applications, coordinating with underwriting and credit analysis teams to expedite approvals.
- Maintain the quality and integrity of all bookings, ensuring compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular market research to stay informed about competitors, industry trends, and emerging opportunities in the Makassar region.
- Report daily and weekly sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop localized promotional campaigns and with operations to ensure smooth loan disbursement.
- Participate in continuous training sessions to sharpen product knowledge, negotiation techniques, and customer service skills.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in SME banking, commercial banking, or a related financial sales role.
- Proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving abilities.
- High level of integrity, teamwork orientation, and self‑motivation.
- Valid motor vehicle and a Class C driver’s license (SIM C) are required for client visits.
- No criminal record.

- Ability to work Monday‑Friday, 09:00 – 17:00, with occasional travel within the Makassar metropolitan area.
