Introduction

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Admin Operasional Kantor Pusat to join our dynamic headquarters team. This role serves as the backbone of daily office functions, ensuring that administrative processes run smoothly while also supporting our communications and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will blend strong organizational abilities with creative copywriting skills, helping to maintain an efficient work environment and produce compelling content for internal and external audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily office operations, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and overseeing facility logistics.
  • Handle correspondence, draft emails, and prepare official documents with a high level of professionalism.
  • Maintain accurate records, file systems, and databases using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Assist the HR and finance departments with onboarding paperwork, expense reports, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Create, edit, and publish engaging written content such as newsletters, blog posts, and social media updates, leveraging strong copywriting abilities.
  • Design visually appealing graphics and promotional materials using Canva to support marketing campaigns.
  • Compile weekly and monthly operational reports, summarizing key performance metrics for senior management.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring clear communication and timely follow‑up.
  • Support event planning and execution for company meetings, workshops, and client presentations.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve office efficiency.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Communication, Marketing Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience; 1‑2 years in a similar administrative or communications role is considered a strong advantage.
  • Demonstrated copywriting skills with a portfolio of written articles, blog posts, or marketing content.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel for data tracking and PowerPoint for presentations.
  • Hands‑on experience with Canva or similar design tools to create visual assets.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to prioritize multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Open to candidates of any gender; fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and a good command of English are preferred.
  • Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with flexibility for occasional after‑hours support.
