Introduction
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Administrator Bisnis Channeling to join our rapidly growing team in Tarakan, Kalimantan. This role is a pivotal link between our Business Channeling division and the credit processing units, ensuring that every consumer order is captured, verified, and progressed efficiently through our internal systems. The successful candidate will work closely with Sales & Customer Service (SHC), the Survey Operations Center (SOC), and the credit assessment team to deliver a seamless experience for both our clients and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Follow up on incoming orders received via Business Channeling channels and confirm receipt with the originating sales team.
- Collect, validate, and upload all consumer and financing‑object data into the ACCTION system, guaranteeing completeness and accuracy.
- Enter order information received through the dicicilaja platform, ensuring that each entry meets the required formatting and data‑quality standards.
- Review credit applications, compare them against RAC (Risk Assessment Criteria) and customer grading, and process approvals or rejections accordingly.
- Communicate credit decisions to customers promptly, providing clear explanations and next‑step instructions.
- Dispatch survey orders to the SOC and coordinate any follow‑up actions required to finalize the financing package.
- Collaborate with the SHC team on pending orders, sharing status updates and resolving any data discrepancies.
- Maintain meticulous records of all data entries, audit trails, and communication logs for regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Must be 30 years old or younger at the time of application.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: At least 1 year of relevant administrative or data‑entry experience, preferably in a financial services environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficient with computers, comfortable using enterprise software (e.g., ACCTION), and capable of handling digital and physical archives.
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, high integrity, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work collaboratively across departments.
- Additional Competencies: Ability to analyze documents, manage electronic and physical filing systems, and ensure accurate data storage.
