We are seeking a motivated Audit Internal Senior – Manajemen Risiko & Kepatuhan to join our dynamic risk and compliance team in Bekasi. Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and supervise comprehensive internal audit engagements focusing on risk management, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
- Identify control weaknesses, assess the effectiveness of existing policies, and recommend practical remediation actions.
- Prepare detailed audit reports, presenting findings and strategic recommendations to senior management and the Board of Directors.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including finance, legal, and IT—to develop robust risk mitigation strategies.
- Monitor implementation of audit recommendations, ensuring timely closure and continuous improvement.
- Stay current with evolving banking regulations, industry best practices, and emerging risk trends to provide proactive guidance.
- Assist in the development and refinement of internal audit methodologies, tools, and documentation standards.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to promote a culture of risk awareness and compliance throughout the organization.
- Utilize advanced MS Office skills to analyze data, create dashboards, and visualize audit results for stakeholder consumption.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Diploma‑3 (D3) or higher in Accounting, Management, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in internal audit, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
- Strong command of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with audit software tools.
- Excellent analytical abilities, attention to detail, and a commitment to accuracy.
- High level of integrity, honesty, and accountability in handling confidential information.
- Good physical and mental health to meet the demands of field audits and reporting cycles.
- Effective communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English, both written and verbal.
- Gender: Open to all applicants; age limit up to 35 years (maximum 30 years preferred for this role).
- Willingness to be based in Bekasi and travel to various branch locations as required.
