Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Officer – Credit Card (Retail & Corporate) to join our growing financial services team. As a Credit Card Sales Officer, you will be the front‑line ambassador of our brand, responsible for driving new acquisitions, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of our credit card portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively offer and market credit card products to prospective retail and corporate clients through direct selling, events, booths, and digital channels.
  • Educate prospects on product features, promotional offers, rewards programs, and the tangible benefits of owning a credit card.
  • Guide applicants through the entire application process, ensuring all documentation is complete and assisting until approval is granted.
  • Conduct follow‑up communications post‑approval to reinforce product value and encourage active usage.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of leads, track conversion rates, and achieve weekly/monthly sales targets set by management.
  • Prepare and submit detailed activity reports, sales performance dashboards, and market feedback to the sales manager.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to share customer insights and help shape future campaigns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes that may impact credit card sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a higher diploma or degree is a plus.
  • Age: up to 35 years old.
  • Gender: open to all.
  • At least 1 year of proven sales experience; fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills are welcome to apply.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, negotiate effectively, and build lasting customer relationships.
  • Target‑oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • High level of integrity, discipline, and personal accountability.
  • Familiarity with marketing analysis, strategic planning, and sales tools is advantageous.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and digital sales platforms.
